The initial consultation request is not a guarantee of services. This may be due to reasons such as availability with scheduling, it may be determined that a greater level of support/treatment is warranted, or the caller does not have an accepted insurance and the caller does not want to use the self-pay option.

When scheduling a consultation, the call may last up to 10 minutes. Please be sure to choose a time when you will be a available, in a private location, with adequate cell service. Should you not answer, a voicemail will be left and the provider will remain free for your call during the specified time.
